Married With Furbabies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Cube Jong (the "Game") and the website marriedwithfurbabies.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Game, Site, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
Account Information: When you create an account through Firebase Authentication, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google, Apple), we receive your name, email, and profile identifier from that provider.
Gameplay Data: We collect information about your in-game activity, including progress, scores, achievements, preferences, and purchase history.
Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect information about how you interact with the Game and Site, including device type, operating system, app version, session duration, screens viewed, crash reports, and general usage patterns.
Advertising Data: Our advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS), IP address, and interaction data with ads served in the Game.
Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. We receive transaction confirmations and purchase history.

We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud data storage, and analytics. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google's privacy policies. Data may be stored and processed on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.
Cube Jong displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect data about your activity within the Game and across other apps for personalized advertising. We do not control these practices. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymized form.
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or withdraw consent. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including Firebase's built-in security, encrypted data transmission, and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cube Jong (the "Game"), marriedwithfurbabies.com (the "Site"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Married With Furbabies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and our End User License Agreement.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms and refund policies. All sales are final unless required otherwise by law or platform policy.
Virtual items, currency, or content are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may modify or remove virtual items at any time.

All content — including artwork, music, sound effects, code, text, logos, and game design — is owned by Married With Furbabies and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Game may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for advertiser content or practices. Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARRIED WITH FURBABIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 CAD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked. Sections on IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Married With Furbabies ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of Cube Jong (the "Application"), a mobile game available on iOS and Android platforms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on a compatible mobile device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
The Application and all copies are proprietary to Married With Furbabies. All rights not specifically granted are reserved. The Application is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
The Application may offer in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, or features. These grant a limited license only, have no real-world value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store.
If the Application allows you to create or share content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Application.
The Application collects and processes certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to such collection and processing.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions. Some may be required for continued use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice or liability.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, cease all use and destroy all copies. We may also terminate or suspend access at any time.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MARRIED WITH FURBABIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 CAD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Married With Furbabies, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
If you downloaded the Application from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply in addition to this EULA.
